Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

We are effectively using Ziflow in our artwork review process. Our company used to have a system that was based on many manual handling processes which reduced efficiency. Then we applied Ziflow in our process that helped to reduce the lead time for artwork review. Ziflow offers many options and features that enable us to work fast and smoothly.
  • Ability to manage our artwork review from a single application
  • Making comments easily
  • Ability to work on the same platform by many users
  • Features like unlimited proofs, storage, guess users, etc.
  • Ability to adjust the original proof's page size to desired page size by the user
  • the border of the ruler disturbs the measuring letter height. It is better if it can be removed. (not sure boarder should be included in the measurement or not)
  • Sometimes, other users (who do not have a license) could not see the proofs to review on the side panel. ( not sure it is sorted out now)
  • Reduce the lead time for artwork review process

The ability to work on Ziflow with many users at the same time is great for our artwork review process. Previously we had a system in which one reviewer had to wait for the completion of other reviewer's work that reduced efficiency. But, after we introduce Ziflow into our system that issue was well addressed.
We have created few templates in Ziflow that allow us to add new artworks easily. It automatically sends notifications to users and we don't have to follow up with each users. We can remind users of late artwork reviews through Ziflow. Any guess reviewer can be added to the system at any time based on the need.

I like Ziflow as it gives a lot of features and options that are valuable in our artwork review process. We can manage all our new, in-progress, and finished artwork reviews on the same platform. The ability to work with many reviewers on the same artwork is something that we could not achieve from the previous system in our company. These all factors helped a lot to increase our productivity.
