We use Ziflow to review all content in order to capture feedback and gain internal approvals

  • would love the ability to review password protected assets on digital platforms
  • ability to export comments into a PDF as if it was originally marked up there

It's pretty intuitive and easy to use
It allows all history of a project to be captured for reference tracking

Works well in routing an asset for alignment but does not work well for password protected asset review. It does have the ability to review digital links (like a website) but if you're reviewing multiple assets within a link (like display ads in multiple sizes), it'll open up outside of the platform so you're unable to comment within the original route
