Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
I use Ziflow to upload proofs of different types of projects that our clients can then review and comment on. This helps our company massively to keep all projects in one place, look at past versions and easily share to other people. We use Ziflow for every project we work on and occasionally for multiple aspects of a project.
- Commenting section of the system is really easy to understand and navigate
- Folders are easy to keep in order
- Record of all existing versions of a proof.
- Sometimes uploading multiple files can be tricky to upload together and ends up with multiple proofs.
- Have occasionally found it hard to find archived proofs

- Much more efficient and safe than just sending a file to a client on email and it getting lost in multiple inboxes.
The review process is so slick using ziflow. As the account manager I receive a file from studio, upload it to Ziflow and then everybody involved knows where it is, how to find it, and how to leave feedback and make approval decisions.
Having multiple members of both my team and my clients teams on the proof makes the approval process much more secure and streamlined. Due to this, I could be away on holiday or a client could lose access to their email but there will always be backups already part of the proof that can stand in on either end.
