One of the best way of sharing content between supplier and clients.

I started using ziflow one year ago doing home office, so my training was remoted. In a very few days I was able to work with it since it's a very intuitive and simple interface. But instead of being simple it's very complete and satisfy all my needs as producer to check assets and giving and receiving feedback.The principal problem Ziflow resolves is the possibility of sharing several assets under the same route and the easy way of surfing into each one. It turns into a gain of time when we have many projects and proofs, because it's very easy to localize any project thanks to the search filters.

Ziflow impacted positively in the way of sharing proofs, by copying the link to the proofs or downloading versions from the tool bar. Also, the comparing tool makes us save a lot of time, since we can easily focus on the specific changes made by the client and applied by our postproduction team, avoiding back and forth.

The ability to share a proof between many different users is one of the most important feature used for our business, since in case of absence, or just the need of have another point of view, any member of the team can access to the proof and check whatever he/she needs. In this way it's a very good collaborative platform.
