Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We create digital renderings and upload the drafts to Ziflow for clients to review and make edits. A problem we have is only with the live tours, as an extension needs to be downloaded, and some clients don't like that. Other than that, it is a relatively easy platform to use. I find it best to create folders and share the folder link with the client so that they have a place to find all their drafts/proofs.

Cons

live site editing and possibly showing a small snippet of the screenshot in the comment section so others can see if a comment they had was already made.
It would be really great if there was some nudges the first time someone used the platform. Pointing out where to make edits and then comparing them more. Just a quick walkthrough.
I would love to be able to use the platform to collect material from the client for internal review.

We create digital renderings; it is perfect for still renderings or floor plans to review and make edits. A challenge we had was clients not being able to tell what the changes have been, but Ziflow's compare mode has eliminated this, and it's very clear what changes happen. However, sometimes, we change the overall lighting to a rendering, and when using auto-compare, it makes the entire new version all red.

It has streamlined the editing process for clients, ensuring clear guidelines on the edits and where they need to go. This eliminates handwritten edits and allows you to add attachments. There is no reason not to use Ziflow for our process, and its been very helpful.
