Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We create digital renderings and upload the drafts to Ziflow for clients to review and make edits. A problem we have is only with the live tours, as an extension needs to be downloaded, and some clients don't like that. Other than that, it is a relatively easy platform to use. I find it best to create folders and share the folder link with the client so that they have a place to find all their drafts/proofs.
- Compare mode for different versions
- Easy editing capabilities that show where the edit needs to be
- Easy to export and review edits
- Easy to upload new versions
- live site editing and possibly showing a small snippet of the screenshot in the comment section so others can see if a comment they had was already made.
- It would be really great if there was some nudges the first time someone used the platform. Pointing out where to make edits and then comparing them more. Just a quick walkthrough.
- I would love to be able to use the platform to collect material from the client for internal review.
- Time-saving
- Efficiency
- Some clients won't learn the software
- Internal QC
Yes! I think 80%-90% of my clients are on Ziflow and it makes things run much smoother. It is a bit challenging at first when trying to onboard the platform and teach clients how to use it. Some clients have taken to it very quickly and easily, others not so much. Overall, it makes things easier.
It has made delivering projects much quicker on the project management side. Ziflow makes it really simple to upload new versions. It is actually even easier with live sites because all I have to do is update the name. I also believe it is helping the clients who do use it with collaborative viewing.
