Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)
Zix is being used across the whole organization as our email encryption solution.
- Encryption of email traffic by management and c-level staff for secure communication.
- Encryption of documents for our legal staff.
- Encryption of SSN, and credit card numbers for our collections department.
- The UI needs some work. Some of the areas are not very intuitive and could use some improvement.
- Some of the command line functionality should be integrated into the UI so each interface mirrors each other.
- Better training for new users on the features and functionality. The training I received was lacking and left me with more questions than answers.
- The impact of Zix has been very positive as it has secured our email communication across all departments that use it.
Zix was selected because our CTO used it successfully at other organizations he worked at previously.
