We are using Zix to send and receive confidential information of the individuals we serve with significant disabilities.
Pros
- Zix's sales team is very friendly and loaded with information about how their product can serve your agency.
- Zix's deployment team is very detailed in the plan to deploy the new system.
Cons
- Zix could improve on helping people answer the pre-deployment check sheet. For folks like me that are not as tech savvy and understand the lingo, it was very frustrating.
- Peace of mind that confidential/ sensitive information is not being hacked.
