Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Commerce

One of thekey problems like siloed operation and disconnected system means now where we used to face inventory, Financial mismatch due to uses of spreadsheet, trackers and manual handing. Zoho Commerce gives all in one cloud based system that connects frontend system to back end system where everything will be on accuracy so easy for further business plan easy to forecast .

  • Loading time of apps is more after having good internet
  • Lower customisation and highly costly customisation on inventory dashboard
  • Support response is inconsistent
  • Complex setup of Zoho in company ecosystems without consultants it will be very hard to setup
  • After using Zoho Commerce sales growth has been improved 15 to 20 % because of clear inventory visibility
  • Consumer support has been improved which has increased retention of customer from 25% to 40 % compared when we were using different platform.
  • Subscription cost is lower than other platforms related to features
As I am user of Zoho Commerce and having great experiences with it, giving 8 because they need to improve lot because as in market lot of expensive software are presents like SAP and Oracles but that is cheaper than that with similar feature.
Lower cost than these platform with similar features. Also easy to understand not really tough like Oracle and SAP support system is better than these company

Data accuracy related to inventory (WMS & OMS) is well suited and Zoho interface is cluttered or inconsistent across apps in my opinion.
