Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus

The ultimate CRM, we use this for standard customer relations management, however, it goes way beyond a basic CRM. We integrate our web visit with the CRM, email campaigns, customer repairs, warranty claims, web-to-client chat services, and more.

  • There are many automation features that I do not use, but I should.
  • Combined multiple services into 1 platform, Mailchimp, Microsoft CRM + more all for 1 low price in comparison.
There is always a Zoho expert on hand to chat to and resolve most issues.
