Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus

We use it to manage inquiries, clients, our email database, manage our social media accounts, and so much more. It's something that is a vital part of our business.
  • Intuitive email campaigns, so the system gets smarter the more we use it... meaning our email open and click through rates increase with each use.
  • Everything syncs between the CRM and email campaign side.
  • Social media posting can be done at optimal time for each platform based off previous engagement.
  • Easy-to-use apps that allow us to work while away from the computer.
  • I'd love to be able to add a new item in a drop down menu without having to go to settings.
  • Increased our customer engagement
Hands down the best customer service team ever! The lengths they go to when I have a question is unbelievable! They constantly follow up via phone and email to make sure you don't have any additional questions and to make sure you're able to use the software in the best way possible for your business. The most gracious team of people I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

Fully customizable based off how you run your business. There is no other choice when it comes to CRM systems.
So much more affordable than the other options out there, especially when you factor in all that you receive in the package.
I tell every business owner that I meet with to consider Zoho CRM Plus and explain all the great features and how it will help their business. There isn't a single scenario that I can think of where Zoho wouldn't be the right choice.
