Overall Satisfaction with Zoho One

We use Zoho One to run all of our customer interactions. Zoho One is our CRM, ticketing system and remote management solution. It allows us to remotely control remote computers, generate help tickets, and track all aspects of our customer service. It also includes features for business email, website building and hosting, and e-sign for documents.

Pros

Cons

  • Some of the inventory features in the Remote pc management module (Assist) could be better
  • Lack of a native integration for Quickbooks
  • Lack of an integration in the Desk app for the Vault app
  • Huge positive impact for customer interaction tracking
  • Hugely positive for our document management and e-signatures
  • I used it to create our entire website
Overall usability and training was great. I've had nothing but a great experience with this product so far, from the sales team to the onboarding.
The dashboards and their customization has been fantastic for us. I use this to track all of my technicians and their tickets. It has also been a game-changer for us in regards to creating and tracking purchase orders.
Zoho One is the upgraded version of CRM Plus, with added features and apps.
I can't recommend it enough.

Zoho One is fantastic for running a service and sales company. It has been fantastic for my small business and setting up workflows. I would imagine it would be less useful for someone that didn't need all of the features it provides, but it does have everything you would need to run a company.
