Overall Satisfaction with Zoho One
We use Zoho One to run all of our customer interactions. Zoho One is our CRM, ticketing system and remote management solution. It allows us to remotely control remote computers, generate help tickets, and track all aspects of our customer service. It also includes features for business email, website building and hosting, and e-sign for documents.

- Some of the inventory features in the Remote pc management module (Assist) could be better
- Lack of a native integration for Quickbooks
- Lack of an integration in the Desk app for the Vault app
- Huge positive impact for customer interaction tracking
- Hugely positive for our document management and e-signatures
- I used it to create our entire website
Zoho One is the upgraded version of CRM Plus, with added features and apps.
