Zoho One is a great suite of products!
Overall Satisfaction with Zoho One
We use Zoho One as our main CRM. It helps us keep track of all of our customers, we do billing inside of it, we do a lot of other tools like reporting, analytics, desk, etc. We use a hoe for almost every single function of the company and everything that relates to customer information. We also use it for sales tracking.
Pros
- Zoho One has access to so many tools and makes it extremely convenient!
- The tools worked together really well, like Desk communicating to the CRM, etc.
- Zoho One is super affordable!
Cons
- I would say that sometimes the different pieces feel separate from each other, even though they’re supposed to be connected. They do communicate well, but they also have a lot of weird issues too.
- Zoha one offers a ton of different tools, but not all of those tools are flushed out super well. I’d like to see them make each other their tools better.
- We used to operate on a nationwide scale using spreadsheets, and Zoho One has lettuce to put all of our contact with the one place where we can communicate across the nation and eliminate a lot more communication issues.
- Were able to standard processes and create lots of automations to increase support and ease of work
I wasn’t part of the decision-making process, but I will say that coming into using Zoho One, I was really skeptical. Based on my use of it about 10 years ago, but I have seen massive improvement. It is really quite functional and allows us to do a lot of different things that we weren’t able to do before. I’d say it’s very competent in the market and for the price. It makes sense for a lot of smaller companies.
