Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We use Zoom as an alternative to Skype for business meetings that require more than a phone call, but less than a meeting in person.

Cons

  • Ability to record calls
  • Transcripts
  • The basic version is free.
It's great for up to three callers, but more than that like any conference call, it gets crowded.
