Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is our recommended solution for all audio & video teleconferencing needs. Zoom is available to faculty, staff, and students at the University. Zoom allows our university to further our mission of academic excellence by providing the ability to facilitate meetings between users on and off campus, by creating a reliable solution for distance learning, and by giving faculty the ability to hold high quality webinars, while being very cost effective and user friendly.

- zoom has allowed our IT department to remotely verify identities, allowing for procedures that would need photo ID in person to be done over a distane

Zoom and WebEx are both videoconferencing solutions. The big difference is the cost of zoom compared to the cost of WebEx. our organization was able to reinvest the money we saved by switching to zoom into other programs across campus, furthering our ability to stay relevant in this ever evolving technical world
