Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Currently, Zoom serves as our primary conferencing solution organization-wide. It is employed for both peer-to-peer interactions and extensively utilized in our "Townhall" meetings.

Pros

  • In comparison to Teams, it offers simpler management and control.
  • Call quality is great
  • Great for collaboration and presentations

Cons

  • A toggle for a simpler interface, stripping down to basic functions for those who don't need advanced features.
  • Improve the process of pre-assigning participants to breakout rooms before the meeting starts, including integration with third-party scheduling tools.
  • Better integration with tools like Google Forms or SurveyMonkey for more in-depth post-meeting surveys and feedback.
  • Our previous conferencing solution had consistent outages. Zoom has been able to keep us connected at all times while our previous has been down at least 8 times.
Quick to set up and very intuitive.
Blows them both out of the water!!!
