Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
I use Zoom to conduct meetings, webinars and coaching sessions. I am a one-person company and do modeling, training and meta-coaching.
- The video and audio work well
- It is easy to schedule a meeting.
- Sharing computer screens
- I could use a user guide to give to people whom I want to talk to via Zoom. Sometimes they are not aware they can check their audio and video, and I need to explain how via chat.
- The webinar version is too expensive so I have not used that yet.

It was far superior than three other applications that I have used in the past.
