Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used by the whole organization. This is used to collaborate and for audio and video conference, share and record the content.
- Audio and video conference are excellent
- The mobile app is great
- It is lightweight and you can have lots of automation like the auto dial into particular number etc.
- You can personalize the URL which is easy to remember also.
- Sharing the screen during the meeting is easy and works well.
- Zoom consumes lots of power/battery while running either on laptop or mobile.
- Zoom requires some work to be effective with televisions during a video conference.
- Sharing of content among Zoom participants should be possible and personalized.
- Great product, excellent service and nice UX has helped adoption with our organization
- In our organization, we got more Zoom IDs compared to the competition at the same cost.
We just start using Zoom Rooms but it is not as user-friendly as the Zoom app for audio and screen sharing. We needed IT to help to get this started. Hoping this gets easier in coming days.
Cost and user friendliness were 2 main criteria.
