Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom to hold our meetings across the US. We do conference calls via it as well. It is used by our whole company for various purposes mainly to make sure everyone can attend a meeting remotely from their place. Zoom offers a variety of options to make meetings more interactive and resourceful. It is definitely a big competitor in the market for the face to face interaction software.
Pros
- The software is very user-friendly and it provides instructions to the user to make sure they can handle their tasks easily.
- Zoom offers great sound and video quality and at the end of the calls asks the user for the quality of their call to ensure that their users are getting the top notch service.
- The platform is very easy to navigate around and makes it easier to train new members of the organization.
Cons
- I think the video quality of Zoom can be better at times.
- Some technical issues can be resolved on a better scale by providing more FAQs.
- Zoom can make the software filled with more colorful interactions. It definitely gives a sense of an older versions of Windows so I think the design of the software can be improved.
- Zoom has helped our company over time connect with talented officials throughout the US without booking their whole day.
- Zoom has recently helped our company's quarterly earnings by 20%. We were able to host more meetings and discuss the potential growth factors with people in different time zones.
Zoom offers a variety of products and it's user-friendly interface helps us accomplish much more in the meeting
