Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

I’ve found Zoom to be transformative in our ability to expand our services and educational offerings. At first, I was unsure how or if it was going to work and now I use Zoom for almost all my meetings. My travel hours have been greatly reduced and my partnerships have increased as a result of the Zoom platform. I would highly recommend!

Pros

  • Connecting partners.
  • Disseminating best practice.
  • Personalizing meetings.

Cons

  • No ability to track individual polling responses.
  • More accessibility.
  • Puts a name with a face!
I frequently use Zoom for team meetings allowing me to expand my team to include the very best people and not just the people who are geographically close to me.
