Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used by several departments to facilitate international communication with partners across the globe.
- Connect people with various levels of IT service to each other.
- Web-based information-sharing meetings.
- Share files and documents for presentation.
- Some of the features block out screen space that could otherwise be used for presentation.
- Certain products, particularly with 3rd party sound/video peripherals, can be difficult to connect.
- We've been better able to connect with our overseas research partners through Zoom.
- Planning has been enhanced.
- GoToMeeting and Skype
We started with Skype and we've tried Google Chat and GoToMeeting, but problems with bandwidth and excessively complicated management/use drove us away.
