Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used by several people in several departments across our organization. It helps us communicate with our own folks in other locations in the country, as well as with consultants and advisors overseas. It is especially useful for us because we often have bandwidth problems, but Zoom adapts to that, so we never lose connectivity.
- Scheduling and joining meetings is easy; sharing meeting IDs is easy.
- Connectivity is great! We have rarely lost a call due to poor bandwidth.
- Collaboration during meetings is a breeze (sharing screens, chatting, etc.).
- When in a meeting, it is sometimes confusing to go from control panel to the meeting screen.
- We have achieved both cost savings and improved collaboration. I am able to have efficient and effective video conferences without having to invest in expensive equipment. I can invite anyone to join, without requiring them to have expensive equipment or a paid license of their own.
