I work for an organization that has staff across the country. The people on my immediate team live in 5 different states. Our work requires co-development of projects, initiatives, and long-distance support for our practitioners. This means we need a reliable platform that facilitates video conferencing with multiple people.
- It has the ability to connect to audio via computer or phone.
- Zoom has breakout rooms for small group work within larger meetings.
- It allows for simple screen sharing.
- I would love to have more options to rearrange participant video screens. It is not always possible to see all participants during a screen share.

- We've seen greater efficiency in meetings due to less time spent managing technical issues with other video chat platforms.
Yes. Zoom Rooms is fabulous for hosting small group breakouts within larger meetings. This allows for more inclusive participation in the development of ideas and projects.
Zoom is significantly more reliable than Hangouts, and I struggle to do anything else on my computer while running Hangouts. BlueJeans just doesn't have a user-base in my network.
