Very low failure rates/rarely are calls dropped

It is a time saver as I never worry about establishing or losing conference calls

I don't use these rooms.

Alternatives Considered

Zoom is better for what our group needs.

Zoom handles both small (2 people) and large meetings (upwards of 50) with no issue making it flexible and reliable.
