Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
One of my clients uses Zoom as a web conference tool to connect multiple suppliers across the country. I have no problems using the tool. In fact, I find it very practical, since it has a mobile version and I can access it while I am at the home office, for instance.
- Easy connection.
- Mobile version.
- Clear sound and video.
- The mobile interface could be easier and more intuitive.
- Improved collaboration.
- Customer/supplier integration.
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
Zoom has a much better mobile interface, which I use a lot!
