Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We have Zoom accounts deployed for all users and are in the process of deploying Zoom Rooms across offices. We have locations in San Francisco, Austin, and London. Zoom Rooms solve the geographic presence and allow people to connect remotely and bring teams closer.

Pros

  • Great documentation. Detailed enough and addresses most use cases. Easy to find.
  • Great metrics via the dashboard. Easy to monitor the quality of the VC's.
  • It's easy to deploy.

Cons

  • The ability to host multiple concurrent meetings under the same host would really help EA's.
  • Better documentation for ProAV setups, so larger spaces are easier to set up for non-pros.
  • Improved collaboration via Zoom Rooms.
  • Increased team cohesiveness and the feeling of belonging.
Zoom Rooms has the most impact at ThousandEyes. It is where Zoom shines the most, in my opinion. We have had a very positive experience.
Zoom is more feature-rich than its competitors.
Zoom is well suited if you have non-platform specific hardware available for Zoom Rooms (cameras, mics, DSP, etc). Zoom Rooms are a snap to set up and work with and they work across any platform.
