We use it in the entire organization. We can host large and small meetings from just about anywhere.
- One-touch to start meetings.
- Ease of use for the end-user.
- Great support.
- Refresh functionality on the DTEN unit for upcoming meetings.
- Cost savings.
- Easier collaboration across our business units.
Our organization has had good cost savings. We deployed Zoom and transitioned from other software with little to no downtime.
We haven't used this functionality.
We used to use GoToMeeting. It is much easier to use Zoom and manage it.
