Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom for our weekly project status meetings within the organization. Having multiple offices as well as remote personnel, Zoom allows us to meet in a collaborative environment while reducing costs.
- Connects easily.
- Ease of use.
- Interoperability.
- Cost.
- Marketing to end-users - Not enough market knowledge at this stage.
- Marketing to IT consultants - These companies are often responsible for identifying and recommending SaaS. Zoom needs a larger presence with these companies.
- Training on Zoom - A certification program would be beneficial.
- Costs savings through a reduction in travel expenses.
- Reduced the number of meetings because the content was presented more efficiently.
- Ease of using multiple devices.
The UI for Zoom is much more user-friendly compared to Lifesize. The overall cost of entry is substantially lower as well. Lifesize is limited in its cross-platform compatibility. This is a problem that Zoom solves out of the box.
