Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
It is being used by the entire organization. It addresses the need for better meetings, better engagement, cheaper meeting minutes, audio costs, and VC enablement in spaces.
- Provides the best video engagement.
- Enables (through hardware vendors) to have a much cheaper and easier installation of equipment to VC enable a conference room or other space.
- Provides a much more cost-effective way to have a major town hall event.
- Find a way to help better deal with audio/feedback issues (as having to now work more with users about having a "master" source of audio in a given room/space).
- Develop ways to help legacy user adoption (e.g. those that don't even want to press a button to end or start a meeting).
- Achieving cost savings in meeting minutes of audio costs.
- Greater employee engagement.
- Lower cost way to provide town halls.
Can't comment on this yet as this is new to us!
Zoom works more reliably and is cheaper, period!
