Selective departments are using it currently, but are migrating more towards Zoom. Based on the trial use, and its popularity among our customers, Zoom will probably be utilized more moving forward.
- Adding in additional participants is simple.
- Backgrounds help with visual clarity.
- Notes are helpful.
- I cannot think of anything negative to say.
- None yet, however, I can see the advantages.
Webex has poor audio quality and it is difficult to add people on the fly.
Zoom is better in both areas. Also, Zoom is easier to use.
