Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used for collaboration and meetings in the organization. Currently, Zoom has replaced some incumbent solutions that were not as easy to use, which caused friction with some of the solutions provided by the organization.
- Intuitive to use: who wants a high learning curve product?
- Clean interface: everyone wants simplistic and easy navigation.
- Great user experience: it's frustration-free!
- Right now, we haven't yet run into anything that would cause concern that we feel needs to be rectified or added as a feature request.
- Reducing the friction from solutions that aren't as easy or intuitive.
- Reduced Shadow IT.
- Implemented a solution everyone is happy with.
Zoom Rooms are a game-changer. The simplicity, the controls from a centralized control panel, and the ability to remove cables are all reasons that Zoom Rooms rock.
