Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used for all text-based communication outside of email within my organization. We also use it for video conferencing to bring together our numerous branches and offices spread out over multiple states.
- Instant text communication.
- See at a glance the status of another user.
- Smooth, clean, and easy video communication.
- None that I can think of.
- Zoom has improved the way our BP's are able to communicate with one another.
- Zoom helps to create a more cooperative work environment because our BP's can speak face to face even if they are in different states.
- Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
Zoom is just easier to use from a user standpoint, and is much easier to manage from an administrator standpoint. The increased features, and constantly evolving features, are great.
