Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
We use Zoom daily for communications between our remote sales offices and HQ, as well as for customer meetings and demos. The "it just works" aspect of getting into a Zoom meeting allows us to focus solely on our interoffice and customer interactions, without having to spend time at the beginning of the call solving technical issues around people trying to get in that we've experienced on other platforms.
- Zoom connects from any device (smartphone, room system, laptop).
- Very user-friendly.
- We don't really have anything on this front. With the recent introduction of Zoom voice, all needs are well met on the platform.
- Improved collaboration.
- More productive meetings, with no hassle getting into the sessions.
There's a night and day difference between Zoom and a Webex call. Zoom is super easy to connect into, and very intuitive for users to use. Webex still looks like you need an engineering degree to have a successful session.
