Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

We are still in the deployment stage. We hope to add to conference rooms across our campuses. We are using Zoom for organizational conferencing.

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • Great quality.
  • Multiple uses.

Cons

  • Still new to being a user, so not sure yet.
  • Still too new to tell. Being at Zoomtopia this week it appears that it will save money.
We will be replacing this with Cisco TPs.
It appears to have all the tools we are looking for as a global company.
