Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
It is being used as Web Conferencing, Webinars, and Meetings, though we are not advertising chat at this time.
- Video Stability.
- Ease of Use.
- Support.
- Allowing meetings to go on without the host attending.
- We've had issues with Integrating with Outlook, causing conversion from Skype to be an issue.
- It's bad at attaching a time and date to a meeting number.
- So far we've seen a good impact regarding meetings, specifically training and PMO meetings.
- We have had issues with voice call back in India. Users stated very poor quality. We are trying to resolve the issue, but as of right now they are stating it works better with Skype.
It's very easy to use, just tap and join. It's also very easy to share a screen for anyone in the meeting.
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync) and Microsoft Teams
Zoom is more stable than Skype and easier to use than Teams without being dependent on other MS products.
