Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

Zoom is used across multiple offices as well as with clients to reduce travel and enhance collaboration experience.

Pros

Cons

  • Lifesize hardware integration.
  • Saved cost by reducing travel.
  • Better training experience.
  • Better all-hands meetings.
We have Lifesize, but really appreciate Zoom for annotation, Room schedulers, and digital signage. This allowed us to eliminate 3rd parties.
Zoom is perfect for eliminating travel between offices. Annotating helps our designers collaborate on drawings without needing to be in the same room.
