Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Every user has an account. We have about 200 Zoom Rooms and we are deploying it for signage.
- It just works.
- It is easy to use and manage.
- It keeps everybody connected.
- The admin portion could use a portal instead of being on the user profile.
- It does some false reporting of signs saying they are critical when they don’t have cameras.
- The dashboard could be more customizable.
- It has improved communication company-wide.
- It has made it easier to show users how to fix or change things on their machines.
- It does a great job at signage.
It’s super easy to start meetings and share your screen with the entire group.
We do not use this feature at this time.
I was not on the evaluation team, and the comps already had Zoom when I joined the team.
