It's being used by the whole organization. 3 different departments use it individually for work:
- Customer success for onboarding/check-in calls
- Customer support for troubleshooting calls
- Sales for demos and enablement calls
- Product for user research calls
However, the entire company has accounts as we use it for any and all conferencing. We also use Zoom Rooms!

- Zoom Room screen sharing is awesome. Once you get the hang of it, so easy to use.
- Integration with Calendly
- Transcription services
- Syncing across all meeting rooms and easy access for remote employees
