We are using Zoom to conduct meetings and training sessions in multiple locations, and with multiple users among staff, board members, and members.
  • Simple and convenient management interface.
  • Immediate link for device and PC users.
  • Integration with the calendar.
  • Automatic caller-ID for audio users.
  • Automatic user credentials without registration.
  • More audio conference features for the host.
  • Cost-saving.
  • Time management improvement.
  • Ability to record meetings.
Zoom had a better performance and integration rating, social media presence, and adaptable among multiple interfaces.
Zoom is a perfect solution for having monthly recurring meetings that connect users across the state without having to travel and reserve meeting space. We are still seeking better solutions for a multiple group meeting solution, linking two large meeting rooms with multiple users without having to purchase additional equipment.
