Zoom was previously used in our company for meetings internally and externally across the board. Many customers were comfortable with Zoom, which is why we used it most often.
- It can add quite a few to the meeting.
- Clear picture
- Security issues
- Lagging issues
- Volume in and out
- It was the best way for us to communicate internally and externally until we find something more suitable for our business needs.
Zoom does not stack up to Teams. No comparison, not even close. Teams can share screens, add video and audio, call through teams, and Zoom can’t do these things.
