Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used by the entire Deloitte India offices and it helps a lot in connecting with the client without any lags or discrepancy. It is used by almost all big organizations now and very easy to use. The best user interface I would say at this time for corporate employees.

Zoom stacks up as the best product against Skype since Skype is very very slow and lags a lot between calls and video conferences whereas Zoom has all the [same] features with better quality and [more] user friendly. Sometimes it's hard to open Skype as it gets stuck on the screen but Zoom is real quick and with a few clicks of the buttons you are in with all the facilities used.
