Zoom is being used by the entire Deloitte India offices and it helps a lot in connecting with the client without any lags or discrepancy. It is used by almost all big organizations now and very easy to use. The best user interface I would say at this time for corporate employees.

Zoom Rooms is one of the best features to personally connect with someone from the meeting schedules at the same point of time. With an ongoing meeting you can create your own Zoom Room and connect with anyone you want to personally. It even helps in dealing with multiple people or clients at the same point of time.
Zoom Phone is very user friendly and the best one to use to connect within the firm or business and with external clients as well. This feature is completely user friendly and with a few clicks of the buttons you can talk to anyone. Both [of] the people connecting having Zoom is the only criteria for it.
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
Zoom stacks up as the best product against Skype since Skype is very very slow and lags a lot between calls and video conferences whereas Zoom has all the [same] features with better quality and [more] user friendly. Sometimes it's hard to open Skype as it gets stuck on the screen but Zoom is real quick and with a few clicks of the buttons you are in with all the facilities used.
