Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used for video conferencing with people abroad or people working from home. It is particularly useful during the COVID-19 lockdown. We also use it for live online tutorials and seminars or for demonstration sessions. The quality of the sessions is very good and you can use annotations and screen sharing.

I found Zoom more user friendly. You can use Zoom without installing and it was easier to integrate with existing hardware and software. Zoom was also much more widely known and used, which made it easier to communicate with people from outside. Personally I liked the quality of the sessions better with Zoom.
