Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

Zoom is a software, based especially [for] online meeting automation, which has a myriad of applications in terms of writing and editing live content for screen sharing sessions or one-way group presentations. [The meeting host can] constantly review the number of people who are attending the room [and] can configure privacy settings depending on whether you want another person participating in the meeting [to] host.
  • In our case, we really liked it [...] for being able to easily adapt to our way of working in a group by switching between different video configuration options[.] [D]epending on the presentation to be carried out, [...] [the] accessibility permissions [can be configured so] that other participants may [...] review our information or simply to stay in such meetings as listeners.
  • Another advantage of Zoom is that meetings can become quite interactive depending on the configuration that is chosen[.] Being able to edit [...] documents [and] also audiovisual content [suchas] electronic whiteboards, [can be] useful to [...] annotate information either based on brainstorming or [...] conducting [a] seminar and you have to create notes on the work completely live.
  • In the current situation of the pandemic, we have been forced to work completely remotely so that our income is not harmed but thanks to Zoom there have been no problems creating interactions between the work team and we can continue our work[...].
  • The technical support that zoom offers us has been exemplary, letting us choose the own solutions we want to apply to our software usage problems, mostly caused by compatibility with our devices. With [their] support team, we were able to solve all these problems and we can work with peace of mind.
  • Regarding Zoom's usability, it is very important to emphasize that it is one of the easiest video conferencing services to use nowadays, possibly due to the constant updates by its team of developers. This clearly makes it one of the most recommended video conferencing services for purely remote work[.] Meetings are easy enough to configure so that anyone associated with our group can use it without having to worry about managing any parameters or having any previous experience in this type of service.
  • In relation to the negative aspects of the platform, Zoom does not directly save the information that is shared within the meetings to external hosting platforms such as Dropbox or Mega[.] [This] [forces] us to transport the information manually and lose a lot of time in the process of saving our data from the meetings because [...] we need to generate [a] report and not having previously transported them we could not continue working.

  • Another useful feature of Zoom is that it allows us to comment directly on meetings while they are running and notifies others of such comments.
  • Regarding the screen sharing system, the platform configuration allows us to switch between several screens depending on the number of hosts we have[.] [T]he work of several employees can be compared live by simply switching the view between one screen and another. This is excellent because it allows the platform's chat rooms to have as many people as necessary attached to them.
  • There has been an excellent profit margin during the last six months of using the Zoom platform, probably because it has helped us not to decrease our work capabilities in any way during the pandemic.
  • In fact, the profit margin has increased by 3, which means that we have improved our resources by 300% thanks to the platform keeping us in touch about the progress of each part of the work.

For us, where Zoom could be most useful would be if you are working with seminars, either for sales of any kind of product or service or for the execution of online classes. Since the Zoom approach can be customized to cover meetings of all kinds, it could feasibly [...] be used for smaller calls, whether personal or work-related, [that] simply need[s] to have a higher level of privacy. Zoom could also be used [for] group planning so that everyone involved is [...] notified of the points to be carried out when doing their part of the job, which even if it does not directly involve meetings is useful at an informational level, in case you are familiar with most of the services that exist to publish newsletters for a certain number of people to see.
