Our use case for using Zoom IQ is mostly for sales. Zoom IQ gives very good insight of our sales pitch and calls. These insights help us to arrange next followup call and we are prepared for the customer need and this helps a lot with conversion. During video calls we use some strategies but we don't know which one is effective but with Zoom IQ we are able to get insights over that.

- Sometimes the app crashes on low power systems.

- There is not much negative impact of Zoom only let say your sales conversion didn't happen then the money is wasted.
- Even if the sales conversion doesn't happen you can get insights about the strategies discussed.
- Actionable feedback helped us to quickly close the sales deal.
Gong is another great tool and primarily focused on conversion. Zoom IQ is kind of add on over your Zoom but Gong is only conversion focused so little edge over that. But zooms accuracy we found to be better in certain cases when compared to Gong. Zoom is more easier to use as people are already familier.
