Overall Satisfaction with Zoom IQ

Zoom IQ was used as an additional layer of analysis for online interviews of a research study. We wanted to understand consumer conversations on more semantic levels. Apart from listening to consumer opinions, we considered metrics such as Talking Speed, Longest Spiel, Engaging questions, etc. to monitor how the interview went. This data was then correlated with the quality of insights derived from answers. It helped us optimize the overall interview process.

  • Non-English language support (mainly Asian)
  • Can't analyse pre-recorded Zoom meeting videos

  • Ability to create highlights, commenting on parts of a recording
  • Determined hard metrics to optimize research interviews
  • Quality of inputs improved through changes made in interview techniques based on analysis from Zoom IQ
  • Conversation analytics is now a integral part of process that was overlooked before

Zoom IQ certainly adds another layer of insights for semantic optimization wherever conversations are taking place and could directly impact the outcomes; think about research, sales pitches, people experience functions etc. Only limitation so far is that it is limited to English language only and if your conversations are multi-lingual then it is not supported currently.
