Zoom is being used across the entire university as our sole video conferencing solution. It is used for remote meetings, interviews, and synchronous distributed class meetings. Staff use it for support in some cases, connecting remotely to support faculty and students. It is also used in limited circumstances by faculty to create webcam and screen capture videos for later distribution through various video platforms.

- Very reliable service - only extremely slow internet speeds impact communication
- Some features are hard to find, and you need to know they are there to go looking
- Mobile app SSO has been less than straightforward lately, and resulted in signing in each time you host a meeting
- Lower cost than the previous solution

- Easy to use, so the money spent is worthwhile because the tool is used
