Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We use Zoom Workplace on a daily basis for various tasks ranging from client and staff meetings to running large virtual and hybrid events using the Zoom Workplace platform. Zoom Workplace is an excellent 2 way audio and video communication platform that allows an in person feeling to hosting an event with a virtual audience. It also allows us to bring in remote presenters that are not able to travel for an event or meeting. For our internal staff meetings Zoom Workplace allows us to have our staff travel less from their offsite venues and locations to gather for weekly and monthly meetings.

Cons

  • Combining the chat and various features over multiple large attendee Zoom Workplace meetings
  • Bring back the display on breakout rooms that shows when someone is sharing their screen
  • Allowed our business to pivot and thrive over the Covid pandemic
