Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We needed a PBX for our office and a conference call solution. Zoom Workplace solves both of these business problems by providing a phone system solution for our office and a robust conference call solution. We are able to setup a phone system for our office and route to our Customer Care center. We are able to record conference calls in the cloud and easily access them via the web.

Zoom Workspace has a more robust phone system than Dialpad. Dialpad's PBX does not allow routing to external numbers. I had to route to my personal account and set it to auto-forward to the external number. Zoom Workspace gives me the option of either forwarding to a queue, internal extension, or external number.
