Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Zoom Workplace allows our employees to work remotely and be in full contact with anyone they need to contact.

Pros

  • it is very easy to figure out how to use the system
  • it is secure
  • the system is never down

Cons

  • For Zoom Workplace rooms - connecting to other program, like Microsoft Teams, needs more stability. In my experience, there are always issues with mantaining a stable connection and video/audio quality
  • Cost savings. We are no longer paying for a seperate telephone company
  • It allows the CEO to travel and still reach those he needs to
  • We are saving money as people do not need to travel as often
