Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Helps us stay connected as a relatively remote company. We also host webinars through Zoom Workplace sometimes and don't run into any notable issues. I like the way it easily integrates with other apps such as Zapier since we run a lot of automations for our campaigns. Overall, our company loves using Zoom and we wouldn't think of using any other conferencing platform.

Pros

  • Helps us stay connected whether we are remote or in the office.
  • Doesn't cause any major disruptions, audio or video delays.
  • Easy setup for webinars and the ability to integrate with third-party apps for automation purposes.

Cons

  • I'd love to see some more exciting features such as more backgrounds, reactions, etc.
  • More AI features such as meeting summaries (like Gong does), live captions, translations, etc. There's so many possibilities.
  • At our company, we have 1:1 meetings to get to know coworkers that we don't work with as often a little better. Another specific AI feature could be an icebreaker question generator as some coworkers don't feel that comfortable making conversation.
  • Sales is able to meet with important prospects from across the country and is quickly able to jump on meetings without interruptions to close deals faster.
  • More internal collaboration and team-building.
  • The ability for us to host more webinars confidently.

Yes

I've already talked about it, but it works best for those who work remotely. Even hybrid environments where those in person can set up a Zoom Workplace meeting to allow remote employees to join important in-office meetings. And webinars, including those that are a series, since we can easily setup up calendar invites. I love being able to set up Zoom meetings easily due to the integration with Google Calendar.
