Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We are rolling out Zoom rooms to all of our conference rooms. It is a solid product for our users, and internal feedback is positive about its ease of use and overall functionality. Our users have individual accounts for one-on-one meetings in addition to our Zoom rooms, as we have our webinar and large meeting add-ons. We often host clients in large mode for broadcast to their attendees.

We have just started to explore the new AI features and have not implemented AI companywide. In our limited testing, the AI appears to provide additional features to help create meaningful records of our meetings for post-meeting wrap-ups. The feedback from our users has been positive in our testing environment.
Both packages offer similar features and functionality to each other, we chose to adopt Zoom based on the fact we are a Google base organization.
